Our return policy

If you wish to return a Patients Medical purchase for refund, return all products to us (both used and unused). To ensure that you receive credit, be sure to include your name and address as it appears in our records and a short explanation of why you are returning the product — enclosing a copy of your original receipt is helpful. To be eligible for a full refund, your return must be postmarked to us within thirty days from the original purchase. Once received by us, we will refund your entire purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) — no questions asked. We recommend that you use a shipping method that has a delivery confirmation.

If you don't feel that it's the highest quality nutritional product you can buy, return the remaining product with a short explanation and we will promptly refund you for the unused portion.
